Referral rewards are payable only upon confirmation of a "Qualified Referral," defined as a referred applicant who (i) accesses LYNK Capital through the Referrer's unique referral link, (ii) submits a loan application attributable to such referral, and (iii) successfully closes their first loan with LYNK Capital. LYNK Capital reserves the right to withhold or deny compensation pending verification of eligibility, fraud screening, or compliance review.
